About
Accounting substance and technical depth in the same person
Most EPM projects come apart at the seam between finance and IT. Controllers cannot specify what they need in system terms; developers build exactly what was written down. I work on both sides of that seam.
Since 2018 I have designed group reporting solutions — first at Intito, then at BearingPoint as Senior Consultant and Manager, and since 2022 independently through Reconciles. I write the consolidation logic and the business rules myself. Before that came almost five years at EY in assurance — statutory and group audits across the Nordics — where I qualified as a certified auditor (APA) and tested consolidated accounts long before I built them.
